‘The Tell-Tale Heart’ is live on Bandcamp!
It’s been awhile, folks – but it’s good to be back.
This project went very quiet for some time due to some major events in my personal life. I suffered from multiple bereavements, losing several of the people who were closest to me in the space of less than a year. 2024 and the beginning of 2025 were very rough indeed.
Once I finally got back to work on music, I decided to take on an idea that I’d had on the back burner for a long time – a musical audiobook adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe’s ‘The Tell-Tale Heart’.
I am incredibly pleased with the way this has come together. It’s only been out for 6 days as of now and it’s been doing incredibly well. At one point it hit #1 on Bandcamp’s audiobook chart – not sure if it’s still there as they move around every day, but pretty cool regardless! This is truly a one-of-a-kind piece – it’s an audiobook that is driven by the music, and has to be heard to be believed, if I may say so myself.
